How the launchpad works
Rally is a launchpad and trading platform for memecoins. Most coins raise money in a stock token (for example F or AAPL). You buy and sell them with that stock. ETH is still possible if the coin was created that way. Price starts on a bonding curve, then the coin graduates into an open market as meme + stock (or meme + ETH).
Overview
Instead of needing liquidity providers on day one, Rally uses an automated bonding curve. You trade the meme against the stock (or ETH) chosen at create. Every buy pushes price up; every sell pushes it down. When enough of that quote is raised — the Graduation Target — the coin leaves the curve and trades on the open market as meme + that stock, or meme + ETH if it launched in ETH.
Account system
Rally uses a two-step identity model. Think of it as “sign in to the app” versus “register on the blockchain.”
1. App sign-in (session)
Connect your wallet and sign a free message. This unlocks your dashboard, portfolio, referrals, and media uploads. No gas fee - you are only proving you own the wallet.
2. On-chain registration
Publish a public Profile (username, email, optional referrer) with a small on-chain transaction. Required to launch tokens and to earn referral commissions. Email is public on-chain - avoid private addresses.
Standard vs Community tokens
The creator fee share goes to the creator (or designated wallet). Classic launchpad economics.
The creator fee share flows into a shared pool. Any holder can claim a proportional cut (for example, hold 1% of supply ≈ earn 1% of that pool). Community tokens show a badge across Discover and token pages.
Bonding curve & lifecycle
Every Rally launch follows the same lifecycle: bond → graduate → list. The quote asset is the stock the creator picked (or ETH). There is no traditional order book and no need for upfront liquidity providers.
- 1
The starter playground
Bonding phase
The bonding curve is an automated pricing machine built into the smart contract. It works like a buy-and-sell counter with one simple rule:
- More buys → price goes up
- More sells → price goes down
You buy and sell the meme with that coin’s stock— or with ETH if the coin was created that way. Price discovery happens automatically as people trade.
- 2
Hitting the goal
Graduation
The Graduation Target is how much of that stock (or ETH) must be raised on the curve — similar to a Kickstarter goal.
Every buy fills the progress bar. The instant it hits 100%, the coin graduates:
- Trading on the bonding curve stops
- The coin then trades on the open market as meme + stock (or meme + ETH)
- The 1% curve fee and new referral rewards from this coin stop
- 3
After graduation
Open-market listing
Rally moves raised quote (the stock or ETH) and remaining meme supply into a public pool. A stock-quoted coin lists as meme + that stock. An ETH-quoted coin lists as meme + ETH.
Anyone with a compatible wallet can trade the pair. Your meme balance stays yours.
Graduation details & launch protections
Creators set the Graduation Target in the paired stock (or ETH) at launch. That target is the finish line for the bonding phase.
Optional launch protections you may enable on Create:
- Anti-drain - limits oversized sells relative to curve liquidity to reduce dump risk during the bonding phase.
- Anti-snipe - early-trade protections that make launch bots harder to front-run the first moments of a token.
Fees & tax
Fees depend on whether the coin is still launching on the curve or already listed. Curve fees are paid in the stock (or ETH). After listing, the market charges a pool fee, and a creator can add a separate tax on the meme during a swap.
While it is still launching
Buys and sells on the curve charge 1% in that coin’s stock (or ETH). Part of that 1% can go to a referrer. This fee stops once the coin graduates.
Example curve trade
$10,000 of stock → $100 total fee (1%)
That 1% is taken in the stock (or ETH), then split three ways
Creator / Community

Referral tiers (curve fee only)
There are three lasting tiers. On every $100 of curve fee, Creator / Community always takes $30 (30%) first. Your tier sets your lasting share; Rally keeps the remainder. You are paid in the coin’s stock, not the meme.

Special campaign
A special campaign is a temporary admin boost for a specific referrer - not a fourth tier, and not something you "upgrade" into. While active, that referrer can earn up to 30% of the fee (for example $30 on a $100 fee, with Rally keeping $40 after the Creator / Community $30). Campaigns expire; when the boost ends or is cleared, the referrer returns to their normal Standard, Partner, or KOL share.
After listing
Sending or holding the meme is not taxed. A swap on the open market can take two separate cuts:
- 1% pool fee — the market’s own swap fee. This is not the creator tax.
- Creator tax 0–5% — taken from the meme on a swap. On a buy you receive less meme. On a sell a slice of the meme is taken before the swap. The creator sets this at launch.
The global tax is off right now, so a coin is taxed only if its creator turned tax on.
Claim tax rewards yourself
Meme tax sits in a treasury. It is not sent automatically. Claim when you want: take the meme, or swap it into that coin’s stock or ETH. Wrapped ETH can be turned into normal ETH.
Referrals
If you invite people, you earn a share of the 1% curve fee while their coin is still launching. You are paid in that coin’s stock, not in the meme.
- Share your link. When they register with you as referrer and trade on a curve, your tier cut accrues.
- If they trade coins quoted in different stocks, you claim each stock on its own— one wallet transaction per asset.
- After a coin graduates, that coin stops adding new referral rewards. Amounts already earned stay claimable until you withdraw them.
- DEX stock swaps after listing do not add referral rewards.

The main storefront where users discover active and trending tokens.
- Top Ticker - a scrolling banner highlighting the highest-volume tokens (shown when enough tokens exist).
- Featured Strip - showcases tokens launched within the last 48 hours.
- Search & Filters - search by token name/ticker, or filter by Just Launched, Community, Market Cap, Volume, Bonding, Graduated, Migrated, and more.
- Token Cards - logo, ticker, market cap, and a live progress bar showing how close the token is to its Graduation Target.
Where registered users launch new tokens. Includes standard fields (Image, Name, Ticker, Description) plus advanced launch options. New creates graduate against stock - not ETH.
- Quote stock - the Robinhood stock your coin trades against on the curve and after listing. ETH is only used if you create an ETH-quoted coin.
- Graduate Target - how much of that stock (or ETH) must be raised before the coin lists as meme + quote.
- Creator tax - 0% to 5%, charged on the meme after listing (swaps only). Global tax is off, so this applies only if you turn it on.
- Anti-drain - helps prevent massive, curve-crashing sell-offs.
- Anti-snipe - deters bots from grabbing supply the second the token launches.
- Community Tokenmode for shared creator-fee pools (optional community board).
- Custom Supply - default is 1 billion tokens.
- First Buy - creators can purchase up to 50% of their own supply in the same transaction as the launch, paid in the quote stock (or ETH). If you do not hold the stock, a helper can buy it first — only after that stock’s route is set.

FAQ
No. Rally is non-custodial. You connect your own wallet, sign messages, and approve transactions. Rally never takes custody of your keys or assets.
Your meme balance remains yours. Trading moves from the bonding curve to the open market as meme + that coin’s stock (or meme + ETH). You can keep holding or swap on Rally. The 1% curve fee and new referral rewards from that coin stop.
After listing, liquidity is permanently locked in the pool. That design prevents creators (or others) from simply withdrawing the backing — a common rug-pull vector on uncapped launches. You can always trade the meme back for that stock or ETH.
Standard Token sends the creator fee share to the creator wallet. Community Token puts that share into a shared pool so holders can claim proportionally. Community tokens display a badge and unlock holder-rewards UI. Neither type uses a meme transfer tax.
Same idea as before - just not on the meme contract. After graduation, SwapRouter takes tax in stock (or ETH when that is the quote) on the swap’s quote side. Tax lands in TaxTreasury. Rally does not auto-distribute; you claim yourself using EIP-712 claim data from the backend.
When someone you referred trades on the bonding curve, your tier share of the 1% fee accrues in that coin’s stock (or ETH) — never the meme. Standard 5%, Partner 15%, or KOL 20% (Creator / Community takes 30% first). Claim each stock separately on the Referral page. After the coin graduates, it adds no new referral; balances you already earned stay claimable.
Sending or holding the meme is not taxed. A listed swap can take an extra 0–5% from the meme if the creator turned tax on (buy: you receive less meme; sell: a slice is taken first). Global tax is off, so only creator-enabled coins are taxed. The market also charges its own 1% pool fee, which is separate. Meme tax sits in a treasury until you claim it (as meme, or swapped to that coin’s stock or ETH).
A helper can buy the stock for you first. That stock only works after its route is set. ETH-quoted coins still use ETH.
You need a connected wallet (and the correct network) to trade. Launching tokens and earning referral commissions require completing on-chain registration from Profile.
